Cold weather and wet fields have forced Saturday's J. Owen Huntsman Track and Field Relays to be cancelled.

Snow and rain, along with colder temperatures, have prevented crews from preparing the throwing areas for Saturday's competition. Predicted temperatures in the mid- to upper-30s with winds averaging 12 miles per hour could make for dangerous conditions for the athletesm as well.

The Little Giants will begin their outdoor season March 23.
