Box Score Wabash College sophomore Justin Woods has been named the North Coast Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts in the Little Giants' 50-13 win over Denison September 21.

Woods recorded a team-high nine tackles, including seven solo tackles, as a starting safety for Wabash. He also made one tackle for loss. Woods also scored the first touchdown of the game by recovering a fumbled punt return attempt by the Big Red in the end zone in the first quarter.
