ALLEN CENTER FACILITY USE GUIDELINES
1. There are inherent risks associated with physical activity. Consult your health-care provider before engaging in any physical activity or exercise program.
2. A Wabash ID is required to gain access to any Wabash Fitness & Wellness facility (
ID information here).
3. Individuals involved in strenuous activity should carry appropriate identification in case of emergency.
4. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
5. Anyone caught stealing or damaging personal or College property will be immediately ejected.
6. Proper footwear must be worn at all times. Patrons are asked to change into a separate, clean pair of shoes for indoor use.
7. Unload plates from all machines after use. Replace all plates and barbells to racks after use.
8. Bicycles, skateboards, in-line skates, scooters, etc., are not permitted in any Wabash Fitness & Wellness facility.
9. Personal items must be left in the locker room or at facility hanging racks (all personal items are responsibility of the owner, lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of the Allen Center).
10. Items left in lost and found and expired permanent locker is held for 60 days then donated to charity (

11. Food is not allowed in any activity area. Water and sports drinks are the only beverages permitted in activity areas.
12. Refrain from spitting in the drinking fountains.
13. With the exception of service animals, no animals or pets are permitted in any Wabash Fitness & Wellness facility.
14. Report all injuries to the Wabash Fitness & Wellness facility staff on duty.
15. Photography and filming in any Wabash Fitness & Wellness facility requires prior permission from the Associate Director of Athletics & Wellness.
16. All patrons must leave the facility promptly at facility closing time. Please plan your workouts accordingly.
17. Wabash Fitness & Wellness staff may prohibit activities deemed unsafe.
18. Wabash Fitness & Wellness employees have the final say in policy interpretation and enforcement.
Failure to comply with any of the policies may result in temporary or permanent loss of entrance privileges.
