Football Tailgating & Parking

PARKING/TAILGATE INFORMATION
  • While there are no restrictions regarding alcohol for those of legal age at tailgates, local and state police officers will be stationed throughout the tailgating area to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all fans attending the game.
  • Proper identification will be necessary and enforced by authorities.
  • No alcohol or other dangerous items will be allowed inside the stadium.
  • Officers will enforce this at the gated entrances to the facility
  • Yellow painted curbs are tow-away zones on campus. This will be strictly enforced on game day.
  • Crawfordsville city ordinances prohibit game-day parking in the Sycamore Hills edition on Sycamore Drive, Thornwood Road, and Sugar Tree Road. Any non-resident vehicles parked in that area on game days will be towed at the owner's expense.
  • ONLY PROPANE GRILLS ARE PERMITTED.
MUD HOLLOW TAILGATE PARKING
Access to the Mud Hollow tailgating spaces will open on game day at 8 a.m.

PRICING & PURCHASE OPTIONS | ONLINE PURCHASE
Tailgating spots may be purchased in advance, any spots remaining on game day are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • Mud Hollow: $35 one 20 x 20 spot
  • Mud Hollow: $60 one 30 x 30 spot
  • RV Parking: $225.00 

KNOWLING FIELDHOUSE LOT (lot closest to the Fieldhouse and Stadium)
This lot will be closed to public parking beginning at noon each Thursday prior to game day. This lot will be available to media members and game-day staff parking only (passes required). All other vehicles will be towed from this lot beginning Thursday at 5 PM. There is no tailgating allowed in this parking lot.

FINE ARTS LOT (parking area off Grant Street south of the Fine Arts building)
  • This lot is reserved for visiting team tailgating. No setup can take place prior to game day to keep the lot available for use of students, faculty, and staff needing access to the Fine Arts Center.
  • Tailgating is allowed in this parking lot.

PARKING LOTS NEAR CAMPUS
Parking is free anywhere else on campus and available on a first-come first-served basis.
