Wabash survived a three-goal fourth period by Wilmington to claim a 10-9 road victory Wednesday evening.
The Little Giants took an 8-4 halftime lead by scoring five goals in the second period.

Tucker Dixon, and Jake Taylor all found the back of the net to boost Wabash to the advantage.
Billy Bernhardt provided the first goal of the game in the fifth minute of play. Dixon and Crosley added early goals to answer a pair of scores by Jhordan Lang for the Quakers (2-6).
Stark scored back-to-back goals in the third period to boost the Wabash lead to 10-5 after Wilmington opened the period with a goal. The Quakers scored the final goal of the third period and owned the final period. scoring three times to trim the Little Giants' lead to the final one-goal margin.
Stark finished with three goals and an assist. Dixon and Crosley each added an assist to go with their two goals apiece.
Max Atkins finished with eight saves to earn the win in goal.
The Little Giants (4-5) outshot Wilmington 45-40 in the contest. Wabash finished 0-4 in extra-man opportunities.
Wabash returns home Saturday for a North Coast Athletic Conference game against Kenyon College at 1 p.m.
