The Wabash doubles pairing of Nieshaal Thambipillay and Lukas Senn rallied for a win at number three doubles, but it was not enough to lift the Little Giants to victory in a 6-3 loss to the College of Wooster Tuesday evening at the Collett Tennis Center.
 
The Wabash (7-7) duo of Thambipillay and Senn trailed the number three doubles team from Wooster (4-5) by a score of 7-4 only to win the final four games of the match to capture an 8-7 (8-6) victory. Thambipillay added a straight sets win at number four singles by scores of 6-2, 6-3.
 
Patrick McAuley, the North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week honoree won 6-3, 7-5 at number one singles to improve to 10-4 overall for the season.
 
Wabash will travel to Iowa on Saturday to play Coe College in a match beginning at 9 a.m. CDT.
