The Wabash College soccer team saw its 2021 season end Wednesday in the semifinal round of the North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament with an 8-0 loss to the 14
th-ranked Kenyon College Lords in Gambier, Ohio.

Wabash (11-6-2) faced a barrage of shots from the top-seeded Lords (15-1-1) throughout the match. Kenyon fired 18 shots on goal in the contest. The Little Giants finished with three total shots and one shot on goal. Wabash goalkeeper
Michael Bertram made seven saves in 63 minutes.
Andrew Dever finished the match at goalkeeper and recorded a pair of saves.

Kenyon scored four-and-a-half minutes into the match and added two more goals for a 3-0 lead at the half before scoring five more times in the final 45 minutes.

Wabash was playing in the NCAC Tournament for the fourth consecutive season after earning the fourth seed with a 4-3-2 conference record. The Little Giants' 11 victories mark the seventh consecutive full season with at least 10 wins.

Coledon Johnson led the team with 12 goals this season. Johnson and
Bruno Zamora tied for the team lead with five assists apiece.
Alexis Delgado's three game-winning goals were the most by a Little Giant player this season. Bertram finished the year with seven wins and a .704 save percentage in 15 appearances in goal for Wabash.
