Wabash scored two singles match victories Saturday afternoon against Wittenberg University but lost the team competition by a score of 7-2 in North Coast Athletic Conference play in Dayton, Ohio.

Cole Borden picked up a win at number one singles in straight sets with scores of 6-3 and 6-4. Fellow freshman
Trevor McKinney rallied from a loss in the first set of his number six singles' flight with victories in the second and third set to record a win. McKinney lost the first set 4-6 before earning a 6-4 victory in the second set. He picked up a 10-4 win in the tiebreaker for the win.

Wabash (4-12, 0-7 NCAC West) will wrap up the 2021 spring portion of the season on Sunday, May 2 with a home match against DePauw University beginning at 1 p.m.
