Wabash freshmen Jose Escalante drew a red card in the 17^th minute of the match to put the Little Giants down a player for the final three minutes of the opening half. The Little Giants kept Ohio Wesleyan off the scoreboard in the first half before giving up the lone goal from Christopher Guerra in the 67^th minute.
Soren Russell led Wabash with seven saves. The Little Giants recorded nine shots in the loss, four on goal. Wabash faced 22 Ohio Wesleyan shots, eight on goal.
