24-Point Effort From Jones Sparks Wabash To Win At Hanover

HANOVER, IN --Wabash got a 28-point performance from its bench Tuesday evening, thanks in part to a 24-point effort by Ahmoni Jones, to score a 79-69 victory at Hanover.

Edreece Redmond tacked on 15 points, and Vinny Buccilla helped out with 14 points. Sam Comer added 13 points. The victory avenged a two-point home loss to the Panthers (1-1) last year, one of only four losses for Wabash over the 2021-22 campaign.

The Little Giants went on a 7-0 run, finished off by Jones' jumper, to grow the lead to 75-64 with 2:19 to go in the contest.
