The Wabash tennis team split a pair of Saturday matches at the Collett Tennis Center. The Little Giants defeated Franklin College 7-2 in the morning match before losing to Greenville University 6-3 in the evening contest.

The Little Giants opened the morning session with a pair of doubles victories.
Cole Borden and
Liam Grennon scored an 8-2 win at number-one doubles.
Alvaro Alonso-Sanchez and
Jett Brownlee captured an 8-2 win in the second doubles flight.

Borden picked up a straight-sets win at numbers one singles with wins of 6-3, 6-3. Alonso-Sanchez won in straight sets in the second singles flight with a 6-1, 6-4 victory.
Liam Grennon added a 6-1, 6-1 win at number three singles ahead of a 6-2, 6-0 victory by
Christan Zimmerman in the number singles match. Brownlee scored the final team point with a 6-2, 6-2 win at number five singles.

Zimmerman and
Elias Courter picked up a point at number three doubles for Wabash in the Little Giants' evening match versus Greenville. Alonso-Sanchez won at number two doubles with scores of 4-6, 7-6 (4), 10-4. Grennon remained unbeaten in singles play for the season with a 6-1, 6-4 victory in the third singles flight.

The Little Giants will compete in four matches in Hilton Head, South Carolina during the team's spring break trip March 7-11.
