Wabash limited Rose-Hulman to 14 made baskets and 25 percent shooting for the game in an 84-42 home blowout victory Sunday evening at Chadwick Court. The 42-point victory was the largest margin since a 104-57 win over Bryant and Stratton College at the 2018 Wittenberg Holiday Classic.

Wabash (4-2) led from the outset on a three-point basket by senior
Ahmoni Jones, who finished with a career-best seven three-point baskets. Jones finished with a 7-of-10 effort from long range and scored a game-high 23 points for the Little Giants.

Rose-Hulman (2-2) remained close for the first eight minutes of the game until Wabash went on a 17-5 run over the next seven minutes. The Little Giants held Rose without a basket for seven minutes in the opening period and produced a 12-0 run with 9:47 left in the first half to increase its lead to 30-14. Wabash eventually owned a 40-17 halftime lead.

Wabash outscored the visiting Fightin' Engineers 44-25 in the second half. The Little Giants shot 53 percent from the field over the final 20 minutes by connecting on 18 of 34 shot attempts.
