Wabash opened the home portion of the tennis season with a pair of victories Saturday afternoon. The Little Giants swept Capital University 9-0 in the morning session before finishing off with an 8-1 win over Manchester.

Wabash (2-2) swept the three doubles matches against Capital (0-5) to open the day, beginning with a forfeit victory at number three doubles.
Ethan Koeneman and
Rafael Rin earned an 8-4 win at number one doubles for the Little Giants.
Blake Discher III and
Sam Dziadosz scored an 8-1 victory at number two doubles.

Discher picked up a 6-4, 6-0 win in the first singles flight. Koeneman added a 6-2, 6-1 victory at number two singles.
Vittorio Bona swept his number three singles opponent to earn a 6-0, 6-0 win. Dziadosz won 6-2, 6-2 in the fourth singles flight.
Eric Tien picked up a 6-1, 6-1 victory playing at fifth singles.
Jett Brownlee won his sixth singles match by forfeit.

The Little Giants took wins in all three doubles matches in the evening contest versus Manchester (1-5). Discher and Dziadosz combined for an 8-1 victory in the first doubles flight. Bona and
Christan Zimmerman scored an 8-1 win at number two doubles. Nathan Backney and
Cole Langston combined for an 8-4 victory in the third doubles flight.

Discher scored a straight-sets 6-1, 6-0 victory at number one singles. Bona picked up a 6-0, 6-1 win at number two singles. Dziadosz won 6-0 and 6-1 at number three singles.
Jett Brownlee blanked his opponent at number four singles to win 6-0, 6-0.
Eli Arnold finished the night with a three-set win at number six singles by scores of 6-2, 4-6, 10-5.
