Wabash College senior cornerback Mike Holsclaw earned the North Coast Athletic Conference Football Defensive Athlete of the Week award for his efforts in the Little Giants' 28-21 home victory over Wittenberg University on Saturday.

Holsclaw intercepted a Wittenberg pass at the goal line with 1:41 remaining in Saturday's game to preserve the seven-point victory. Holsclaw's pick was his first of the season and sixth of his career. He also recorded an assisted tackle as part of a Wabash defense that limited Wittenberg to 84 rushing yards and 295 yards of total offense.
