PALOS HEIGHTS, Illinois --- The Wabash College volleyball team improved to 10-1 on the season with a 3-0 road win Friday evening at Trinity Christian College. The Little Giants swept the Trolls by scores of 26-24, 25-17, and 25-17.

The two teams played a tight first set, with neither gaining more than a two-point advantage. With the score tied at 24-24, Wabash got a kill from
Bawibawi Thang to go up by a point, then scored on an attack error by Trinity Christian (1-8) for the 26-24 win.

The Little Giants led from start to finish in the second set on the way to the 25-17 victory. Wabash held a 14-13 lead before going on an 8-0 run to go up 22-14 before closing the final set with a 25-17 victory for the three-set win.

Thang led the Little Giants with 19 kills in 23 attack opportunities for a .783 attack percentage to set a new Wabash record for kill percentage.
Patrick Volk put away 13 kills for Wabash.
Will Beikes recorded 36 assists.
Piotr Wolan finished with nine digs, while Volk added seven.

Wabash travels to Aurora University on Saturday to play matches against St. Norbert College at 3:30 p.m. and Aurora at 6 p.m. Central Time.
