Wabash College freshman middle blocker Jaden Greenwell earned Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League Offensive Player of the Week honors after a standout performance during the Little Giants' spring break trip to California.
Greenwell recorded 33 total kills across 11 sets, averaging 3.00 kills per set while leading the Wabash attack against a challenging slate of nationally ranked opponents.
He opened the week with 11 kills in a four-set match against fifth-ranked Cal Lutheran, followed by a team-high 13 kills in another four-set contest against ninth-ranked UC Santa Cruz. Greenwell added nine kills in a straight-set match versus Kean to round out his weekly totals.
The freshman was highly efficient throughout the trip, finishing with a .528 attack percentage while committing just five errors on 53 total attempts.
