Wabash Career

2011: Played in 12 games, including 11 as the starting quarterback... Earned Second Team All-Conference honors after finishing third in the league in passing efficiency (139.6) and fifth in passing yards (2,022)... Threw 20 touchdown passes and rushed for 10 more... Earned NCAC Offensive Player of the Week honors by throwing for 201 yards and two TDs and rushing 137 yards and two more scores in the Little Giants’ 39-13 win over Denison... Rushed for two touchdowns three times (Kenyon, Denison, Wittenberg)... Equaled a career single-game mark with four touchdown passes against Ohio Wesleyan... Threw for a season-high 252 yards versus OWU... Rushed for more than 100 yards twice (Kenyon, Denison)... Completed a season-best 18 passes (19-for-30) against Washington-St. Louis.

2010: Played in eight games as a sophomore, including seven as the starter... Threw for a career-high 399 yards and 31 completions gainst Kenyon (31-of-41; 4 TDs, 1 INT)... Threw two TD passes against Wooster, Oberlin, and DePauw... Rushed for four touchdowns on the season — one each against Ohio Wesleyan, Chicago, Kenyon, and Oberlin.

2009: Played in six games as a freshman...  Started his first varsity game against Wooster, throwing for 283 yards and four TDs on 18-of-31 passing... He rushed 12 times for 25 yards against Wooster... His first completion went for 10 yards as a reserve against Denison.

High School: Earned varsity letters in football (2) and baseball (1) at Northmont High School... Named Offensive MVP of the Thunderbolts’ football team... All-Conference selection as a senior.

Personal: Economics major... Plans to enter into business after graduating from Wabash... Earned All-NCAC honors in track and field as a member of the 400-meter relay team (outdoor 2011)... Given name is Chase Carlin Belton... Born May 29, 1991... Parents are Craig and Lisa Belton.
