Entries

Entries must be received by noon on Thursday, April 2, 2026. We will not take any entries after this point. Entries will be through Direct Athletics. Please use "good judgment" when entering your athletes, especially in the throwing events.
Janzen Franklin will email a pre-meet performance list once all entries are received.
 
Final Scratches
Please report any scratches to the computer operations area at the clerk's table on Saturday before 11:00 a.m.
 
Field event scratches can be made at the field event site. Please report scratches to the event official.
 
Entry Fee
The entry fee for this event is $350.00 per team gender. Please make checks payable to Wabash College Track and Field. Unattached athletes $30
 
Clerking
Clerking will take place at the starting line of each event.
 
Rules
Standard NCAA Track and Field rules will apply.
 
TJ
Boards distances: Women 28F & 32F    Men 36F & 42F
Both genders will jump off the same Metallic Latex-painted surface.
 
Shoes
As per the new NCAA Rule (Rule 6, Section 4, Article 5 and Rule 14, Section 4, Article 5), it is essential to ensure that all student-athletes compete in approved footwear. Please review the following guidelines:

• Approved Shoes: Student-athletes must compete in shoes listed as approved (see the link below).
• Shoe Model Information: Student-athletes should know their shoe model name.
• Coaches' Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the coaching staff to confirm that athletes are competing in compliant footwear.

We will conduct random shoe control checks post-competition, inspecting 5–10% of participants in each event.

Team Camps
Using the turf is fine, but please avoid the finish line area. The fieldhouse will also be available if needed.

Beynon Surface
East-west long & triple jump runways
East-west pole vault runways
Grass javelin area on South Fields
2 Shot rings
Individual Disc and Hammer rings and cages
Only ¼ inch pyramid spikes or flats will be permitted.
The scoreboard will be set up at the finish line.
Grey exchange zones
Ability to change directions in the sprints depending on the wind.
 
Implement Weigh-in
Weigh-ins will occur from 9:30 to 10:30 am, concourse by the stadium's concession stand.
 
Spikes
1/4 spikes.

Live results are available on TimingMD.com.
 
Training Table
It will be available in the endzone next to the finish line.
 
Hospitality
Available at 11:00 a.m. in the W. Club on the 2^nd floor of the stadium for Coaches and Officials.
 
Check-in
Coaches and Officials can check in at the stadium concourse next to the elevators.
 
Parking
The driver can drop off and park in the large lot directly before the stadium. If that lot is full, the gravel lots will be available. Please pay attention to the signage.
 
Issues
Please inform the Wabash Staff of any issues during the meet. If possible, we would like to address and fix the problem at hand during the meet. Our goal is to host a successful meet that allows all athletes to achieve their best.
