Dionne joined the Wabash lacrosse team as an assistant coach in December 2019. He was named the program's interim head coach for the final six games of the 2021 season before returning to the assistant coaching role in 2022.
Dionne came to the Little Giant program already familiar with lacrosse in the North Coast Athletic Conference having played for four seasons at Hiram College. Dionne was a three-year captain of the Terriers'Â team and earned a place on the 2019 All-NCAC Honorable Mention Team as a senior. He scored 39 goals with a school-record 69 assists for a total of 108 points in his career to rank fourth all-time in career points at Hiram.
Dionne served as a coach for the Central Florida Vikings club lacrosse team and played high school lacrosse while attending Timber Creek High School in Orlando, Florida.
Dionne majored in communications at Hiram and graduated in 2019.
