Todd Richardson is in his second season as head coach of the Little Giant program after serving three years as assistant coach.
Richardson served as the assistant lacrosse coach at Elizabethtown College under
Terry Corcoran prior to coming with him to start the lacrosse program at Wabash. Prior to his time at Elizabethtown, Richardson worked as the club lacrosse director, organizer and coach for CNY Roadhawks in Syracuse, New York and was the varsity assistant and head junior varsity coach at Christian Brothers Academy in Syracuse.

Richardson graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2010 with a bachelor of science degree. He played varsity lacrosse for the Lakers, helping the team to its become a national championship contender in 2006. He was named captain as a senior, guiding the team to a 13-1 mark with its only loss coming against the eventual national champion, CW Post. Richardson also represented the lacrosse team as a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee as a junior and senior. He scored 20 goals and dished out eight assists over his career, including nine goals and six assists while playing in all 14 games as a senior.
After playing collegiately, Richardson began working with the CNY Arrows as an assistant coach for one season. He served as a volunteer coach for Jordan-Elbridge Lacrosse Club, Inc. along with duties at Jordan-Elbridge High School as the head junior varsity coach. Richardson has worked with lacrosse hall of fame coaches such as Corcoran, BJ O'Hara, Steve Beville, and Regy Thorpe.
