Alistair Frost

Alistair Frost joined the Wabash College swimming and diving team as the Little Giants’ new head diving coach in September 2021.
 
Frost brought 34 years of prior coaching experience to Wabash, including 12 years as a college diving coach. He spent the past 12 seasons working with the DePauw men’s and women’s diving team where he sent competitors to various NCAA Division III regional competitions. Several of his divers have set school and facility records while competing for DePauw.
 
Frost has also served as the Lawrence Central High School diving coach since 1995. Divers coached by Frost have competed at the Indiana High School Athletic Association regional meet and have advanced to state competition over the past 25 seasons.

Frost competed as a student at DePauw University from 1983-1985. He qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championship Meet in both the one-meter and three-meter competitions in both 1984 and 1985. He earned All-America honors with a fifth-place finish on the one-meter springboard in 1985.
