Wabash College Athletics

Dan Burke joined the Wabash College swimming and diving coaching staff in June 2018. He spent two seasons as an assistant coach for the men's and women's teams at Nazareth College. He helped the Golden Flyers set seven new school records in addition to earning Scholar All-America Team honors. The 2017-18 Nazareth men's team finished the season undefeated for the first time in school history. The men's and women's teams combined to break 11 records in 2017-18.

Burke competed at Nazareth, earning Team MVP honors all four seasons. He served as team captain for two seasons and won the conference title in the 100 backstroke in 2016. Burke also earned Scholar All-America Honorable Mention honors from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association in 2016. Burke graduated from Nazareth in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.

Burke is one of six assistant coaches selected to receive the 2019 Jean Freeman Scholarship from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
