High School: Lettered in Swimming (4).  Was All-Conference (3), MVP (4), Team Captain (2), and All-State.  Was a member of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Arts major and Classics minor... recipent of Top-15 and Fine Arts Scholarships... Named Most Improved swimmer 2014, Little Giant award 2013, holds 50 and 100 backstroke records... member of Wabash film society and brew club... parents are Sally and Tom Childress... Born 11/3/92... full name is Jacob Craig Childress.
