Wabash College Athletics

Tinder returned to his alma mater as assistant director of facilities, equipment, and game operations in 2022. He was named assistant athletics director for operations in 2024. 

Tinder joined the Wabash administrative staff after working at Ball State University as a graduate assistant for student development and administration and as part of the Cardinals’ game-day operations staff. While at Ball State, Tinder earned a master’s degree in sports administration in May 2022.
 
Tinder graduated from Wabash in 2020, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science. He served as vice president of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, was president of the Sphinx Club, and was a staff writer for The Bachelor, the weekly Wabash newspaper. Tinder also worked as a manager and student assistant on the Little Giants’ basketball team for two seasons.
