Josh Hardman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Wabash wrestling program as an assistant coach, including two seasons coaching at the NCAA Division I level. Hardman joined the Little Giant program in 2017 and was elevated to associate head coach in 2019. He served as an assistant coach at Morningside College in Iowa for the past three seasons, helping the Mustangs to six wins last season and a second-place finish in the Great Plains Athletic Conference. Morningside posted winning records in each of Hardman’s three years as assistant coach, with the team capturing second place in the GPAC.

Hardman coached two seasons at DI South Dakota State University after serving four years as the head wrestling coach at Dakota Wesleyan University. He also served as director of the sports management program at Dakota Wesleyan where he taught several different courses in addition to serving on the faculty development committee.

Hardman graduated from Manchester College in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree of Science as a K-12 physical education major and earned a Master's Degree of Science in sports pedagogy from South Dakota State in 2004 while working as a graduate assistant coach.
