Lincoln Kyle returned to his alma mater in May, 2018, as an assistant coach with the Wabash wrestling program. Kyle has helped seven Wabash wrestlers capture All-America honors at the national tournament, including one individual national title. Eleven Wabash wrestlers have been named to the NWCA Scholar All-America Team during Kyle's coaching tenure.
Kyle graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in religion and was a four-year letterwinner as a member of the Little Giants’ wrestling team. Wabash earned four top-ten finishes at the NCAA Division III National Tournament including two third-place finishes in 2015 and 2017 and a fourth-place finish in 2016. Kyle also worked as an administrative assistant in the deans' office at Wabash and served as a residential assistant. He was a member of the student-athlete advisory committee (SAAC) as the wrestling representative and named the SAAC secretary.

Prior to returning to Wabash, Kyle spent the 2017-2018 season as the director of operations for the Campbell University wrestling program.
