Allison Manwell-Huppert joined the Wabash staff as assistant athletics director for internal operations on May 16, 2022. She was elevated to associate athletics director for internal operations and senior woman administrator in 2024. Her responsibilities include compliance, business operations, ticket and game operations, as well as sports supervision for Wabash volleyball, tennis, and golf. Manwell-Huppert is the advisor for the Wabash Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
In January 2025, Manwell-Huppert was selected to receive the National Association of Division III Athletic Administrators (NADIIIA) "Emerging Athletic Administrator Award" at the NCAA Convention. Manwell-Huppert was part of the 2025 Foundations of Fundraising course through the NCAA and the National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD), taught through the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University-Indianapolis. She was also nominated to attend the NCAA’s Division III Senior Woman Administrator Program in Indianapolis in March 2025, and is an active member of Women Leaders in Sport.Â
AÂ 2016 Indiana Wesleyan University graduate with a bachelor's degree in elementary education, Manwell-Huppert earned a master's degree in sports management from Ball State University in 2018.Â

Manwellp-Huppert came to Wabash from the Zionsville Community School Corporation. She served as a Spanish teacher and middle school volleyball coach from 2018-2022. Manwell-Huppert also worked as a volleyball coach at The Academy Volleyball Club in Indianapolis from 2018-2022. She added duties as the Zionsville Community Schools' winter sports event manager in 2019, running ticketing and event hospitality for event guests, teams, and officials. Manwell-Huppert also served as a volleyball coach at Madison-Grant High School.

Manwell-Huppert worked as a graduate assistant and student-athlete support tutor at Ball State University while earning her master's degree. Before her experience at Ball State, she worked with the Club Estudiantes Basketball program in Madrid, Spain in 2017.
Outside of Wabash Athletics, Manwell-Huppert has been the head girls volleyball coach at Crawfordsville High School since 2023. Manwell-Huppert is married to Mitch Huppert, who works as the Assistant Athletic Director for Communications at Marian University in Indianapolis.
