Conde is in entering his fifth season as an assistant coach working with the jumpers and multi athletes for the Wabash track and field team.

Prior to Wabash, Conde started his coaching career returning to his high school alma matter, Ben Davis, where he produced multiple state qualifiers and All-State athletes in the jumps and hurdles. He also coached a two-time IHSAA state champion in the long jump at Ben Davis. He also coached a high school national qualifier in the long jump in Chris Evans, who is now a running back for the Cincinnati Bengals. Conde has worked with both girls and boys student athletes from the junior high and high school. He has also volunteered with younger students to improve and continue to enjoy the sport.
Coach Conde is an accomplished track athlete and has competed at Ben Davis High School, Marian University, and represented his country, Guinea, at international championships. Conde graduated from Marian University in 2014 with a double major in sports performance and in French with a business minor, while being a two sport athlete in track and field and football. Conde capped his college career with an individual conference championship in the triple jump, and a berth to the NAIA national championship. He remains as a Marian school record holder and served as team captain his senior year. On the football field, he helped Marian to their first ever NAIA national championship in school history in 2012. While attending Ben Davis high school, he was part of a back-to-back state championships team and was also an Indiana Track and Field All Star for the Midwest Meet of Champions.
