Katie Walesky, MS, LAT, ATC
Katie Walesky joined the Wabash College Athletic Training Staff in June 2026 after earning her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Purdue University. She also received her
Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Purdue.
During her clinical education, Walesky gained experience across a variety of athletic settings, including NCAA Division I softball, NAIA athletics, and secondary school athletics. Her
diverse clinical background has provided opportunities to work with athletes of all ages and competitive levels.
Walesky is a Board of Certification (BOC) Certified Athletic Trainer and is licensed to practice in Indiana. She holds certifications in CPR/AED through the American Heart
Association, Graston Technique, QPR Suicide Prevention, and Mental Health First Aid. She is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), Great
Lakes Athletic Trainers Association (GLATA), and Indiana Athletic Trainers Association (IATA). In 2026, Walesky presented her Level 4 Case Study, Post-Concussion Syndrome in a High
School Football Player, at the NATA Conference in Philadelphia.
