After several delays to the start of the season, Wabash went to exta innings in its 2015 opener before suffering a 4-3 loss to Anderson Saturday night.
A walkoff home run by Connor Morris in the bottom of the 10th inning provided the game-winning run for the Ravens in the matchup between the two teams in Trinity, Alabama. The homer was one of three in the game.

The Ravens reclaimed the lead off a two-run homer by Jeremy Shelmadine in the fifth, but an RBI double by Hampton drove home
Tyler Owensby with the tying run again in the sixth. The LIttle Giants had an opportunity to take the lead in the seventh with runners at second and third with one out but were unable to take the lead. Anderson threatened in the ninth but
Christian Vukas closed the door with the winning run at third by forcing a pop up. The Ravens ended the game one inning later with Morris' walkoff homer.
Josh Piercey worked 4-1/3 innings allowing three runs on four hits while striking out eight and walking two batters.
Jensen Kirch held the Ravens scoreless over 1.2 innings of relief. Freshman
Bryan Roberts was impressing in his first collegiate outing, striking out two of the four batters he faces.
Austin Hawn allowed one hit and one walk in 1-2/3 innings. Vukas took the loss after giving up a home run as the second batter faced in the game for Vukas.
Hampton finished with two hits a a pair of RBI.
Wabash (0-1) will continue south to play Hampden-Sydney College Monday afternoon in Port Charlottte, Florida as part of the Little Giants' spring break trip.
