Wabash opened North Coast Athletic Conference men's lacrosse action at home Saturday against the College of Wooster. The Little Giants got off to a slow start on the way to 21-5 loss to the visiting Fighting Scots.

Wooster (5-2, 1-0 NCAC) scored the first 15 goals, including seven in the first period, before
Collin Brennan scored the first of his three goals with 2:03 remaining in the first half off a pass from
Sterling Sikes.
Dajon Thomas and
Tucker Dixon each added goals in third period for before Brennan added his final goal of the contest in the fourth.

Wabash was unable to pierce the Scots' penalty-killing unit. The Little Giants finished 0-9 in man-up opportunities. Wooster scored on one of two extra-man chances and added a short-handed goal, as well. The Little Giants won the faceoff match up, gathering 18-of-30 chances to 12 for Wooster. Both teams finished with 11 saves.
