Michael Herrmann combined with the bullpen to throw a five-hit shutout Saturday in a 5-0 victory over Aurora University to give the Little Giants a three-game sweep over the Spartans.

Herrmann flirted with a no hitter for 5-2/3 innings before surrendering a high bouncing infield single. He pitched seven innings of four-hit baseball, walking one batter while recording seven strikeouts.
Kevin O'Donnell gave up one hit and earned one strikeout pitching in the eighth inning.
Zach Moffett closed out the ninth inning with a walk and a strikeout.

The Little Giants (11-5) scored the only run they needed to complete the sweep in the third inning with an RBI double from
Sean Roginski.
Eric Chavez provided a two-run triple for a pair of insurance runs in the fourth innings. Wabash tacked on a pair of runs in the eighth with a two-run single by
Tyler Downing.
