The Scarlet Hawks gave the basketball to leading scorer Anthony Mosley Jr. trailing by three. Mosley, who finished with a game-high 23 points, got free for a three-point attempt in closing seconds in an effort to tie the game, but his shot fell off the left side of the rim and into the hands of
Alex Eberhard. The sophomore stepped to the free throw line with three seconds showing on the game clock and calmly sank both attempts to provide the final five-point win for Wabash.
Â
Eberhard finished 5-of-7 from the field including a 2-for-2 performance from three-point range and 4-for-4 from the free throw line for 16 points. He added a team-high eight rebounds.

Â
Davidson joined Rotterman and Eberhard in double-figure scoring with 15 points. He scored 13 points in the second half after missing most of the first period due to foul trouble.
