The 2019 Wabash College baseball team was honored by the American Baseball Coaches Association as one of 82 NCAA Division III programs earning the organization's Team Academic Excellence Award.

A team must maintain a grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Wabash posted a team GPA of 3.29 for the 2018-2019 academic year.

The Little Giants finished 21-19 overall for the 2019 baseball season and earned one of four berths in the North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament. Wabash catcher Erich Lange was named the 2019 NCAC Don Hunsinger Award recipient for  distinguishing himself throughout his collegiate career in the areas of academic achievement, athletics excellence, service and leadership.
