Â
"That was a tough ending to a difficult game," Wabash head coach
Chris Keller said. "There were several midfield battles. It was a physical match. This was a very similar style of game that we will have to play in every North Coast Athletic Conference game, so it was good to get that type of experience. Hopefully we learned you can't turn off your effort for 20 seconds because good teams will make you pay. That happened to us today so it's a good wakeup call for our team. We were struggling a little bit today with where we needed to be in the final third of the field. That just comes from a lack of discipline. Hopefully we will turn things around Tuesday at Anderson."
Â
The Little Giants travel to Anderson University for a 4 p.m. match on Tuesday, September 17.
