Wabash lost a pair of matches in its first outing of the 2020 season on Saturday. The Little Giants fell to host Augustana College 9-0 in the morning contest before losing 9-0 to the Illinois Institute of Technology in the afternoon match.
 
Nieshaal Thambipillay battled in the second set of his match against IIT's Roman Shishlov before dropping the set by a score of 6-3 after losing the first set 6-1. Thambipillay and Reed Mathis lost 8-3 in their number one doubles match in the afternoon session after losing 8-1 in the morning doubles' set against Augustana.
 
The Little Giants open the home portion of their season on Saturday, February 1 against Franklin College at noon.
