"What a way for our seniors to take home a win from the last home meet of their careers," Wabash head swimming coach Will Bernhardt said. "It was an exceptional meet from start to finish by everyone involved.

"I'm really happy that our seniors got to pull out a win against anyone on a senior day, but especially a Division I opponent like Eastern Illinois. I'm proud of their efforts and the energy the team brought to the meet. Congratulations as well to William Morris who broke the Wabash freshmen diving record on the way to qualifying for the NCAA Division III Diving Regional later this year. He has come along throughout the season. All of his hard work showed is paying off. Now we look forward as a team to the last two-and-a-half weeks as we head into the North Coast Athletic Conference ChampionshIp meet."

Wabash jumps right back into the pool on Saturday with a three-way meet against Bethel University, Indiana Wesleyan University, and Manchester University in Elkhart, Indiana beginning at 1 p.m.
