Artie Rogers broke the Wabash single-game record for assists in Saturday's 15-1 victory by the Little Giant lacrosse team over Concordia University of Chicago.

Rogers handed out a record-setting eight assists on the 15-goal effort. He broke the former record of five assists in a game set five times over the past six seasons.

Rogers provided helpers on five of the Little Giants' first six goals.
Anthony Nguyen put Wabash (3-1) out to a 2-0 lead with goals in the first five minutes. He finished the day with four of the Little Giants' 15 goals.
Joseph Plencner led the team with five goals.
Caulin Fitzgerald and
Ethan Stonis each scored twice, while
Josh Taylor and
Ethan Hendricks each tallied a goal.

Matthew Hendrick scored the victory in goal for Wabash. He recorded three saves in four shots on goal and 12 total shot attempts by the Cougars (0-1) in the game.
Luka DiFilippo won 9 of 11 faceoffs for Wabash. Plencner led the team with nine ground balls.
Evan Schiefelbein and
AJ Miller each finished with a team-best four caused turnovers.

Wabash will play Monmouth College in a 4 p.m. contest Tuesday, March 1 at Fischer Field.
