Wabash faced the fifth-ranked Dominican University men's volleyball team Tuesday evening. The Little Giants battled in the final two sets before falling by a score of 3-0.

Wabash (2-3) dropped the first set by a score of 25-6 before mounting a rally in the second set. The Little Giants fell behind 3-0 to start the second. Wabash eventually trailed 8-4 before rolling off the next four points to tie the game at 8-8. Wabash went on to claim an 11-10 lead on a kill by
Carson Meadors, but the Stars (5-1) responded by retaking the lead to win the set by a score of 25-16.

The Little Giants took the early 2-1 lead in the third set before Dominican forced one of four tie scores in the closer. The Stars moved in front 4-3 and never trailed again in a 25-17 victory in the final set.

Jackson Leeper paced the Wabash attack with three kills.
Will Beikes finished with 10 assists and a .500 attack percentage.
Luis Rivera recorded a team-best five digs with a reception percentage of .905 on 21 attempts.

Wabash will open the home portion of its 2022 schedule Friday evening with a 7 p.m. match versus the Illinois Institute of Technology.
