Wabash honored the senior members of the 2022-2023 swimming and diving team before the Little Giants' 166-133 home victory over Bethel University Saturday afternoon at the Class of 1950 Natatorium.

Jacob Penrose, and
Justin To before running off ten victories in the 16 events of the meet. The Little Giants opened the competition by winning the  200-yard medley with a time of 1:40.14 from the foursome of
Barret Smith,
Eddie DaMata,
Connor Craig, and McCarty. Nicholson,
Dane Market,
Nicolas Hakimian, and
Ethan Johns combined to finish second with a time of 1:42.13.

Xander Straw won the 1,000-yard freestyle with a winning time of 9:56.72, with
Eli Arnold capturing third place by finishing in 10:52.45. Johns added an individual victory in the 200-yard freestyle by finishing in 1:45.67.
John Allen placed third with a time of 1:50.82.

Nicholson scored a win in the 100-yard backstroke by finishing in 57.32.
Keane Albright placed third in the event with a time of 59.35. McCarty earned an individual victory by winning the 50-yard freestyle in 21.64. Craig placed third overall with a time of 22.22. McCarty added another victory in the 100 freestyle, winning that event with a time of 47.53. Johns finished second overall with a time of 47.91. Nicholson scored a second-place finish in the 200-yard backstroke, completing the race in 2:09.39.

Market won the 200-yard breaststroke by finishing in 2:18.37. Straw touched the wall in first place in the 500-yard freestyle with a winning time of 4:51.10.

William Morris won the one-meter diving event with a score of 249.20. He captured second place on the three-meter board with a score of 223.15.

Penrose scored a second-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly by completing the race in 2:14.78. Hakimian added a third-place finish with a time of 2:15.23. Market added a third-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:03.91. Craig placed second in the 100 butterfly by finishing in 53.65.

Wabash completed the meet by winning the 400-yard freestyle relay. Johns, Craig, Allen, and
Justice Wenz combined to finish in 3:18.81. The senior foursome of McCarty, Nicholson, Penrose, and El-Khalili placed third by finishing in 3:26.82.
