Wabash (5-3-4, 1-1-1 NCAC) fired four shots on goal in the road contest but could not get anything past Denison (8-3-2, 2-1-1 NCAC) goalkeeper Tommy Prokos. Cameron Mitchell collected his second goal of the season in the 79th minute for the Big Red's game-winner. Denison finished with five shots on goal in the contest.
