CRAWFORDSVILLE, IN – Fans honored the senior-class members of the 2024 Wabash College soccer team Saturday before the Little Giants' Saturday afternoon home match versus the College of Wooster. The Little Giants scored four first-half goals en route to a 5-0 victory over the visiting Fighting Scots.
The win boosted Wabash's record to 9-3-2 overall and 2-1-1 in NCAC play. The Fighting Scots fell to 7-7-1 overall and 2-1-1 in NCAC contests.

How it Happened
Wabash took a 1-0 lead when
Jose Escalante notched his seventh goal of the season in the 18th minute, assisted by
Ben Church.
The Little Giants extended their lead to 2-0 on a goal from Escalante for his seventh of the season -- in the 28th minute, assisted by
Angel Vazquez.
Wabash made it a 3-0 lead on Zamora's 35th-minute goal, his third of the season.
The Little Giants made it a 4-0 contest with a 43rd-minute goal from
Bryce Kinnaman, his second goal of the season.
Isaac Gomez assisted the goal.
Wallace picked up his third goal of the season in the 84th minute, assisted by
Alfredo Campos, to provide the 5-0 final score.
Game Notes
- Ramos collected four saves as the starting goalkeeper for the Little Giants out of 11 total Fighting Scots shots. Giesel played the final six minutes between the pipes for Wabash.
- Wabash outshot Wooster 20-11 overall and put up eight shots on goal compared to four by the Fighting Scots.
- Wabash travels to Ohio Wesleyan University on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. contest against the Battling Bishops.
