The Wabash College lacrosse team battled with North Coast Athletic Conference co-leader Ohio Wesleyan University in Tuesday's home match. The Little Giants trailed by three goals at halftime before an 11-1 second-half scoring advantage ended in a 17-4 loss for the home squad.

Will Sorg netted a man-up opportunity off a pass from
Artie Rogers to even the score at 1-1 five minutes into the contest. The visiting Battling Bishops scored twice more in the period to take a 3-1 lead.

Sam Santiago opened the second period with his 13
th goal of the season to trim the deficit to one goal at 3-2. The Battling Bishops scored the following three goals to take a 6-2 lead before
Quinn Fitzgerald tallied his team-best 28
th goal of the season for a 6-3 halftime score.

Ohio Wesleyan held Wabash scoreless in the third period while adding four goals to its total to produce a 10-3 lead heading into the final period.
Christian Dybedock scored a second man-advantage goal for the Little Giants in the final 15 minutes, but it was not enough to offset a seven-goal output for OWU.
