CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. — Wabash College swept all three doubles matches and claimed six straight-set singles victories Tuesday evening to post a 7-0 win over Earlham College at the Collett Tennis Center.

The Little Giants improved to 5-5 overall with the nonconference victory, while the Quakers fell to 4-2.

Wabash seized control early by capturing the doubles point. The second-flight tandem of Tharakesh Ashokar and Cole Shifferly set the tone with a decisive 6-0 win over Pedro Conci Rodrigue and Zinedine Purbo. Murilo Guarniari and Edmon Neto followed with a 6-4 victory at No. 3 doubles against Dev Agrawal and Cristos Xirokostas to clinch the point.

At the top flight, Augusto Ghidini and Rafael Rin closed out doubles play with a 7-5 triumph over Ivan Wularu and Dreek Saha, completing the sweep and giving Wabash a 1-0 lead heading into singles.

The Little Giants carried that momentum into singles, winning all six matches in straight sets.

Rin was first off the court at No. 2 singles, earning a 7-5, 6-0 victory over Wularu. Guarniari followed with a dominant 6-0, 6-1 decision against Juan Diego Pachon at No. 3.

At the top singles position, Shifferly turned back Xirokostas 6-3, 6-4 to extend the Wabash advantage. Vittorio Bona added a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles over Agrawal, and Faustino Dimuro secured a 6-3, 6-3 victory against Purbo at No. 6.

The most competitive match of the night came at No. 4 singles, where Ashokar defeated Saha 6-4, 7-6 (7-2), closing out the dual with a strong performance in the second-set tiebreaker.

Wabash won the doubles point and swept singles play to account for all seven team points under the dual-match scoring format, completing its third 7-0 victory of the season at home.
