The Little Giant grapplers posted a perfect 4-0 record Saturday at home to win the Max Servies Duals for the second consecutive season. Wabash defeated Ohio Northern, Wisconsin-Platteville, and Dubuque in the early rounds before scoring a 23-12 win over Central College in the championship match.

Wabash opened with a dominating 46-3 victory over Ohio Northern.
Robbie Carter and
Tim Locksmith earned back-to-back to forfeits to give the Little Giants a 12-0 lead.
Michael Venezia added six more points to the team total with his pin at 1:49 into his 141-pound bout.
Jake Strausbaugh earned his 20th win of the season with a pin at 1:49 in the 149-pound weight class.
Reece Lefever added a major decision with an 8-0 win at 157 pounds.
Drew Songer scored a 12-5 victory at 174 pounds. After
Josh Sparks received a forfeit at 184 pounds,
Austin O'Neal added more points to the Wabash total with an 8-2 victory at 197 pounds.
Abe Hall closed out the round with a pin at 2:49 in his heavyweight bout.
The Little Giants earned a 34-15 win in the second round against Platteville. Locksmith tied the match at 6-6 with a forfeit at 133 pounds. Venezia scored three more points with a 9-3 decision at 141 pounds. Strausbaugh tacked on six more team points with another pin, this time at the 1:55 mark to move past
Greg Rhoads into second on the Wabash all-time wins list with 147 victories. Lefever picked up another win, this time a technical fall after a 15-0 score at 157 pounds. His brother,
Conner Lefever, scored an early pin at 165 pounds by sticking his opponenet 26 seconds into their bout. Sparks battled to a 7-1 win at 184 pounds. Hall shut out his opponent from Platteville 16-0 to earn a technical fall.
Wabash picked up nine points in the final two matches of its third-round matchup with Dubuque. Carter started the round with a 7-4 win at 125 pounds. After two consecutive wins by Dubuque, Wabash rallied with an 18-2 technical fall by Strausbugh in an 18-2 contest. Dubuque picked up wins in three of the next four matches.
Reece Lefever picked up the only victory in the four-match string with a 6-1 decision at 157 pounds. O'Neal added a 4-2 win at 197 pounds. Hall tacked on a pin a the 2:25 mark of his heavyweight bout.
The three early-round wins set up the finas match against Central. Carter started Wabash off with four points after scoring an 18-7 major victory at 125 pounds. Strausbaugh ended a streak of two straight Central wins with a 5-2 decision at 149 pounds.
Reece Lefever scored a 12-4 major decision at 157 pounds.
Ethan Farmer added a 4-0 blanking at 165 pounds.
Conner Lefever moved up a weight class to earn a 4-1 win at 174 pounds. Sparks picked up a 9-4 win at 184 pounds before Hall battled to a one-point win in a 3-2 heavyweight final.
The Little Giants fielded a second team in the duals that finished sixth overall with a record of 1-3. Farmer posted three wins in the opening rounds before moving to championship team in the final round.
Josh Sampson scored two victories for Wabash team number two at 157 pounds.
