"I feel that we performed very well this weekend, despite it being our first outside competition and going up against the best players in the region," Head Coach
Jason Hutchison said. "Nothing unexpected, the guys went out and did what they could to fight for every point.
Nate Koelper went the farthest in the tournament. He made it to the semi-finals of the second bracket backdraw. All of our freshmen played well, some got their first wins in college and all had chances to beat players from teams ranked high in the region and in the country."
Wabash will return to action in February 2014.
