Jack Davidson earned D3hoops.com Men's Basketball All-America First Team honors. The team was announced Saturday before the championship game of the 2022 NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Tournament.

Davidson helped Wabash to the semifinals of the DIII national tournament. He averaged 25.5 points over 32 games to rank third in the nation in scoring this season. He leads all of Division III in total points scored with 817 to break the Wabash single-season scoring record. He also leads the nation in total three-point field goals made with 123 to break another Wabash single-season mark, in free throws made with 210, and in total minutes played at 1,126:16. He ranks second in three-point field goal shooting (48.4 percent), third in three-point field goals per game (3.84), and fourth in total field goals made (242).

Davidson ends his Wabash career as the Little Giants' all-time leading scorer with 2,464 points. He averaged 22.4 points for his career for the highest scoring average in school history. Davidson also owns the school record for free throws made (718), and games played and started (110). He ranks second all-time in assists with 377 and is third in Wabash history with 711 made field goal attempts. He was named the North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Year and the NCAC Tournament Most Valuable Player.

Davidson and the Little Giants broke the school record for victories, ending the season with a 28-4 overall mark while advancing to the semifinals of the national tournament. Wabash won both the North Coast Athletic Conference regular-season title and the conference tournament for the first time since joining the league for the 1999-2000 season. Wabash rode a school-record 24-game winning streak into Friday evening's semifinal loss to Elmhurst.

In addition to his accolades on the court, Davidson earned Academic All-America honors for the third time in his career. He received First Team honors this year after being named to the Academic All-America Second Team in 2019 before earning Third Team honors in 2020. Davidson was voted to the National Association of Basketball Coaches All-America Third Team earlier in the week.
