Wabash tennis closed its 2014 spring break trip to Puerto Rico with a 7-2 victory over Augustana College of South Dakota.

The Little Giants earned victories in two of three doubles matches versus the NCAA Division II program. Wade Miller and Michael Makio posted a 9-8 (5) win in the first doubles flight. Nate Koelper and Mazin Hakim scored an 8-3 win at number three doubles.

Makio turned in a three-set win at number two singles, winning by scores of 6-3, 1-6, 10-6. Mark Troiano took a 6-4, 7-5 victory at number three singles. Koelper won 6-4, 6-2 in the fourth singles flight, while Hakim dominated his fifth singles match with a 6-0, 6-1 win. Nathan Neal claimed the final win for the Little Giants with a 6-2, 6-3 score.

Wabash (6-10) returns to action March 19 with a road match versus Rose-Hulman at 5 p.m.
