Wabash tennis rallied from an early deficit Saturday to defeat Luther College 6-3 after losing by the same score to Kalamazoo College in the morning session.

Luther took an early 2-1 lead after the Little Giants only score came from number one doubles team
Daniel Delgado and
William Reifeis. The duo picked up an 8-2 victory. Delgado scored a 6-1, 6-0 win at number one singles, while Reifeis picked up a 6-2, 7-5 win at number four singles.
Michael Makio scored a straight sets victory (6-2, 7-5) in the second singles flight.
Mark Troiano added a 6-0, 7-5 victory at third singles. Nicholas Pollack finished the scoring with a 6-2, 6-3 win at number six singles.

Wabash (7-3) scored two wins in doubles play versus Kalamazoo. Delgado and Reifeis won 8-5 in the first flight, while Troiano and Makio earned a 9-7 victory in the second flight. Troiano won the lone singles match for the Little Giants with a 6-4, 6-3 final score in the third flight.

The Little Giants face Monmouth College and Rose-Hulman next Saturday at the Collett Tennis Center beginning at 9 a.m.
