The Wabash tennis team worked to overcome an early 4-1 deficit versus Oberlin in the opening match of the 2015 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Tournament. The Little Giants cut the lead to one point before falling 5-3.

William Reifeis scored the lone doubles point for the fourth-seeded Little Giants versus Oberlin. The duo combined for an 8-6 victory over Callen Louis and Soren Zeliger.
The fifth-seeded Yeomen (12-9) added two more points to take a 4-1 lead with victories at fifth and sixth singles. Senior
Mark Troiano scored a straight sets win (6-3, 6-1) at number three singles. Reifeis added a 6-1, 7-6 victory at fourth singles to trim the Oberlin advantage to 4-3. Michael Drougas put the match away for the Yeomen by winning a three-set match versus
Michael Makio. The Wabash sophomore won the first set 6-3 but could not hold on to even the match, eventually losing 6-3, 3-6, 3-6.
Wabash (20-8) will face Allegheny College (11-9) in Saturday's fifth-place match at 2 p.m. The Gators lost 5-1 to third-seeded Denison in the first round.
